1. Location
Where is BULLDOG WEIGHTLIFTING EQUIPMENT LLC located?
BWE LLC is in Doral, Florida.
What Products does BULLDOG WEIGHTLIFTING EQUIPMENT LLC sales in the USA?
BWE LLC currently sales weightlifting equipment, specifically Bumper Plates, Barbells, and Platforms.
Can a Local Customer drive to the warehouse location in Florida and purchase any available equipment?
Yes, customers and friends are welcome to pick up orders. However, they might have purchased the order prior to their visit. Do not place your order online, please email sales@bulldogsportsusa.com
Is there any showroom at the Medley location?
No, our warehouse doesn’t have a showroom available.
2. Manufacturing and Brand
Where do you manufacture your products?
Products are made in Colombia, South America
How does your quality compare to other companies that market made in the USA or China?
Our quality compares very well at the high-end level for very specific use. We consider our company a Weightlifting brand and not a fitness diversify supplier. We work directly with the manufacturer down in South America, where most raw materials come from Colombia, USA, Guatemala, Italy, Spain, and China.
Are you considered your company a specialized brand?
The BULLDOG brand has been in Latin America for more than 30 years creating top notch bumper plates, rubber platforms, and barbells under their own factory. We have been able to work alongside their distribution operation for the United States. However, we are a separate company.
What makes you different?
We know how products are engineered and built. Our products are unique and stand out from most of the bumper plates, barbells, and platforms offered in the American market.
We don’t talk about quality as a marketing strategy but as part of our creation and problem-solving motto.
In addition, what makes our products different is: working directly with the factory, knowing where raw material such as: Natural Rubber, SBR compound blends, and AISI American and European steel comes from. We have a tight relationship within our supply chain, which might include rubber farmers in Latin America, rubber scrap factories in the US, and steel foundries in the US and Europe.
3. Shipping
Does BULLDOG WEIGHTLIFTING EQUIPMENT LLC offers free shipping in Florida?
No, we do not offer free shipping.
Does BULLDOG WEIGHTLIFTING EQUIPMENT LLC offers free shipping to other states?
No, BWE LLC does not offers free shipping to other states. Online purchases and Custom Quote purchases must have the shipping cost explicitly related with customer’s provided zip code. The shipping cost should appear prior online checkout or by custom quoted.
How do I track the status of my order?
Orders are expected to ship within approximately 3-4 days of placement and are processes in the order they are received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information included.
How soon will I have the order shipped to me?
Depending on your shipping location, the order can take anywhere between 3-6 business days or 7 to 10 business days. These days include the time since when the order is placed, received, confirmed, and shipped. If any of this doesn’t happen, feel free to email ops@bulldogsportsusa.com get an update on your order upon delivered.
Is expedited shipping available?
No, unfortunately we don’t offer this service.
Is international shipping available in North America?
No, however; you can contact us at info@bulldogsportsusa.com and know further details that could apply for purchases in Canada and Mexico. Our team will be able to help providing a Custom Quote with the international logistics charges and additional matters.
Is my order been shipped by regular mail or courier?
No, at BWE LLC we work with our own 3rd party logistic which will provide a freight shipping under LTL service to your destination zip code. Freight costs and rates are going to be provided based on our company’s rate and logistic optimization.
Do you guys deliver to every location?
Remember to be clear about location and facility type (driveway, docks, and curbside). If a forklift is needed, you will be charged additional fees that must be hired prior shipping. Our orders are delivered by freight trucks and they aren’t required to assist with further drop off. They aren’t allowed wither to enter certain residencies or local areas. If you think your property or location has a restriction , please contact us at ops@bulldogsportsusal.com to let us know in advance.
My order is bigger than a box or parcel, should I ask for additional help or service for a pallet delivery?
Fork lift service might be useful for any order shipped on pallets and involving more than 10 boxes 20 kg/ 44lbs each. If you would like to have a fork lift service, please let us know in advance at ops@bulldogsportsusa.com so we can arranged with the freight carrier and local certified operator. Remember forklift service runs by time and you might be charged any additional time if its required.
Can someone else receive my order?
Yes, there must be someone at the time and location to receive the shipment. This person must accept and sign for the shipment.
4. Sales Tax
Why am I being charged sales tax?
BWE LLC is required by law to collect sales/use tax on orders shipped with in the State of Florida only. Other states might not apply. For further information please email us at info@bulldogsportsusa.com

I am unable to get a shipping estimate for my order when I am checking out, what should I do?
Please contact us at sales@bulldogsportsusa.com , we will be able help you getting the shipping cost of your order which could be paid separate and once is confirmed by you. Orders are shipped when the shipping rate is paid.
I have a question about a specific product listed on the website, what should I do?

My order came in damaged; can I return it?
No, at this moment we aren’t taking damaged orders. You might be totally refunded if product is considered totally damaged. Please email us at support@bulldogsportsusa.com
For local clients in the state of Florida, we are taking damaged orders. Please email us at support@bulldogsportsusa.com immediately with "Return" in the subject line and we will do our best to accommodate your request. In addition; you must provide pictures of the product conditions to establish if the product came in damaged from factory or by its truck-freight handling. If product has been damaged, we will ask you to send it back to our warehouse. The shipping cost won’t be charged to you, however; there might be an additional fee for shipping a new product. Can I cancel my order?
We try to process our orders as fast as possible, If you need to cancel, please email us at info@bulldogsportsusa.com immediately with "cancel " in the subject line and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that cancellations are not guaranteed if the order is too far along in the shipping process. Once the order leaves our warehouse, we won’t be able to cancel it.
How should I proceed with a warranty issue?
