Shipping Statement

 The following Shipping statement explains how we operate our shipping and delivery services once you placed an order from us. This shipping statement applies for online e-commerce store and Custom Quote/Proforma Invoices. Our website is operated by Bulldog Weightlifting Equipment LLC d/b/a BULLDOG.

 

Shipping Carriers and Rates

 Once you placed an order on www.bulldogsportsusa.com , your order is processed and shipped (2) two business day after receiving the order confirmation number and notification. We will provide a Tracking number or BOL with your order confirmation number.

Orders are shipped from our 3rd Party Logistic warehouse in Medley, FL and can take anywhere from 2-10 business days depending on the carrier (ground carrier or LTL Freight) and shipping destination. Service delays from our shipping partners may occur and are out of our control.

 Items lower than 110lb are being shipped through common ground carriers (FedEx/UPS) and heavier items (over 110lb) are shipped by LTL Freight Carriers.

 For both types shipping carriers, we will be sharing BOL/Tracking number. If you haven’t received one yet, please email info@bulldogsportsusa.com confirming your order number and we will provide your BOL/Tracking number.

 We do not ship to P.O. or APO Boxes with internet orders since our items are heavy and their diameter do not fit into postal boxes requirements.

 

Delivery Time

 We know that getting your items on time is very important; however, we do not offer any speed delivery such as Express/Overnight/ Same day.

Standard Delivery

Ground Transportation Carrier: 1-5 business days

LTL Freight Carrier: 5-10 business days

We understand weights are an oversized and overweight items that required special services and for this reason we only offer Ground transportation carrier timeframe and LTL freights timeframe. Your ETA will be shared by our Sales Team on your order notification email.

 

Shipment BOL/Tracking Number 

Once an order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, we will proceed to share by email with our customers the tracking number when it is a Ground Transportation carrier (FedEx/UPS) and a BOL (Bill of Lading) when it is an LTL freight carrier.

On this email you might receive as well the digital copy of the Tracking number/BOL.  

 When your order has been confirmed it will be delivered by an LTL Freight Carrier due to its dimension and weight ( above 110lb), your order confirmation email might have any additional details such as Freight Carriers Company name and Contact person’s number who will be in touch with you and the truck driver if any updates or news comes to the ETA. Please be aware service delays from our shipping partners may occur and are out of our control. Packing and Delivery Logistic

All our products are packed and sealed. Some of our items will be placed into parcels and pallets. However, if your order is under 110lb you might receive your products on its original packing box and with the ground transportation carrier labels.

For bulky orders (above 110lb/4 packages), items will be placed into a pallet or pallets. This pallet will be picked up by the LTL freight carrier (usually a 60 feet truck) which will be taking your order to the provided address. The freight carrier company will be using its own liftgate and maneuvering a pallet jack to deliver the pallet(s).

If you have your own pallet jack/ forklift, let us know ahead from the moment you place your order.

Keep in mind the driver cannot take the pallet into your home/facility or any other part of your property/facility. Make sure there are no obstructions that would affect the space where unloading the pallet.

 In addition, the freight delivery driver can only take the pallet(s) up your driveway, if requested, at the driver’s sole discretion. However, it is your responsibility to unload the boxes from the pallet. If you have a bigger driveway, the shipment will be set at the entrance to the driveway.

We ask you to please communicate with us since the time you placed the order. We will require a plan of delivery.  Our Sales Team will be happy to help with any instructions prior to delivery day.
