Warranty Statement

 The following Warranty statement explains how we operate our warranty terms and services once you placed an order from us. This warranty statement applies for online e-commerce store and Custom Quote/Proforma Invoices. Our website is operated by Bulldog Weightlifting Equipment LLC d/b/a BULLDOG.

Our BULLDOG training classic bumper plates and changes plates are a very durable equipment. With more than 30 years of experience, our factory branch has worked on the design and engineering of our bumper plates guaranteeing durability and sturdiness no matter where they are been used. These bumper plates have been developed for high performance training at every level: Weightlifting clubs, schools weight rooms or even garage gyms.

 By using our bumper plates, the right way, they will last many years down the road. For this reason, we have developed the following guidelines to keep our word and make your buying experience unique with us.

Warranty Conditions

  • Every case must be analyzed and checked by our sales team.
  • Our 5-year warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged while been used, modified, stored, or misused by the person/company/ 3rd party users who purchased our products.
    1. 5kg/10kg/15kg/20kg/25kg bumper plates must be dropped on 1” min rubber or plywood platforms/ flooring tiles.
    2. 5kg/2.0kg/1.5kg/1.0kg/0.5kg changes plates aren’t design for direct contact with the surface. These plates used as complementary weights/only for fractional weight increments while lifting.
    3. Under any circumstances clean the weights with detergents, solvents, acetone, or any hazardous liquid. Make sure you ask our team at info@bulldogsportsusa.com for references and recommendations.
    4. Do not store or rack weights on humid or wet surfaces.
    5. Do not expose or store bumper plates to direct sun light, this might create a type of white film and decolored our natural rubber bumper plates.
    6. Dropping out bumper plates directly to pavement, turf and regular flooring tiles will be consider negligent use.
  • Warranty will be considered invalid on repaired and modified by the buyer.
  • BULLDOG does not guarantee its compatibility with other brand weights which differ on diameter, rubber composition and design.E.g. training with other brand bumper plates while using BULLDOG’S bumper plates on the same barbell could cancel the warranty validation.
  • Bumper plates sold as “discontinued”, “2nd hand”, “Used”, or “damaged”, which include any aesthetic imperfections (not functionality); aren’t covered by our 5-year warranty policy.
  • Our 5-year warranty is not transferable or cumulative. Once a buyer has been covered with its product warranty, the 5-year window stays under the same timeline as the first-time purchase item. Warranty is only validated to original buyers with their original invoices.
  • Any product that has been considered as “damaged” needs to be returned to our warehouse at 11600 NW 91st, Medley, FL 33178. For additional instructions please contact info@bulldogsportsusa.com
  • Any claims made during the warranty period does not extends the warranty. Then, the warranty would not be renewed, and the period counts since the first time the item was purchased. E.g. Item is changed by 3rd year warranty period. Then, the item has two more years to go under the warranty; not an extra 5- years warranty.

 

How to request your warranty?

  1. The customer needs to email us at info@bulldogsportsusa.com. Matter “Warranty” followed by “Order number” and “Complete Name”. Make sure to attached on this email the pictures of the damaged item.
  2. Our Sales Team will replay back on the following 48 hrs. with the status of your warranty case( Received-In processe-Solved). Our Sales Team might be asking the customer to ship the damaged items for an in-house inspection. Receiving the damaged item does not mean the warranty has been accepted.
  3. Once the pictures/or physical items have been received, our Sales Team will be emailing the customer back with the Approved authorization or Cancellation notification of the warranty case.  
  4. BWE LLC reserves the right to determine how the requested warranty would be covered. It could be by changing the same damaged item for a new one or providing an in-house repair service. BULLDOG does not provide refunds under warranty processes. Any shipping cost would be paid by/charged to the customer.
  5. All warranty requests and claims must be made under the 5-year warranty period, which begins on the purchase date.

  

BWE LLC and Customer’s Obligations

  1.  Once a warranty has been approved, BULLDOG’s obligations are to repair or change the damaged item. If the buyer follows our warranty guidelines, the item should cover the 5-year warranty timeline as mentioned before. No other expressed obligations should BWE LLC have with the customer.
  2. Claim for a damaged item does not exempt the customer to pay BWE LLC on any shipping-returns if needed. This cost must be paid by the customer, and it is consider as part of our Obligation Warranty Policy.
  3. Customer/ buyer is not allowed to send or return any damaged item without the BWE LLC previous consent and written approval (email).
  4. Customer must prepay any shipping-return, customs, and importing taxes required and related to transportation fees under the warranty case. In addition, any product liability related to extra damaged or lost, would be charged directly to the customer/buyer.
